Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site and at least 18 years old to create an account, submit a business listing, or purchase a paid placement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or sexually explicit material.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Submit events, listings or deals that are fabricated, expired, or that you do not have authority to promote.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, or bulk-download Site content except as permitted by our robots.txt.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to see.
• Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messaging.

Comments, posts, event submissions, photos, business listings and other material you submit (“User Content”) remain yours. By submitting User Content you grant Right Now LI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content on the Site and in related promotional contexts, for as long as you keep it posted and for a reasonable period afterwards in backups and archives.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Our Content & Comment Policy describes what is allowed and how moderation works. We may edit, hide, or remove any User Content at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

Much of the Site is aggregated automatically from public sources or submitted by third parties. Dates, times, prices, addresses and availability change constantly and may be wrong. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any event, venue, business, offer or deal listed on the Site. Confirm details with the organizer or business before you travel, spend money, or make plans.

The Site contains affiliate links, sponsored placements and advertising. We may earn a commission when you buy tickets, book a table, or claim a deal through a link on the Site, at no additional cost to you. Compensation never changes the underlying facts we report. See our Affiliate Disclosure. Transactions completed on a third-party site are governed by that company's terms and policies, not ours.

Businesses may purchase sponsored placements, featured listings, and guide slots. Purchase terms, cancellation and refunds are covered by our Payment & Refund Policy. Paid placement buys visibility only — it does not buy a favorable review, guaranteed traffic, guaranteed bookings, or removal of criticism posted by other users. We may decline or cancel any paid placement that conflicts with these terms.

The Site's name, logo, design, original editorial content, and software are owned by Right Now LI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to and quote short excerpts with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page that identifies the work, the exact URL of the material, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We remove infringing material promptly and terminate repeat infringers.

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove your content, or block your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or created risk for the Site or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Payment & Refund Policy, and sections that by their nature should survive (content license for already-published material, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGHT NOW LI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT, RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING, INTERACTION WITH ANY BUSINESS OR USER, OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A THIRD-PARTY MERCHANT OR AFFILIATE PARTNER.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Right Now LI from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
